How do I keep my purchases fresh?

All of our items are crafted by hand and made without preservatives. We recommend all products to be consumed the day of purchase. Some items may be stored in refrigerators to extend the self life to 2-3 days. Some items may also be stored in the freezer for future consumption.

Which items have nuts or dairy?

Kiki Bakery is committed to exceptional standards of quality and kitchen sanitation. However, as our kitchen space is limited, all of our equipment is shared. All of our products carry the risk of dairy and wheat as well as other ingredients that may be of concern for those with food allergies including, but are not limited to, tree nuts (almonds,  hazelnuts, walnuts and pecans), pinenuts, and peanuts. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.

Do you make any vegan items?

We do not currently offer any vegan or gluten free options at the moment. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Orders not picked up within 1 day of promised date, will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded, All orders must be cancelled within 48 hours prior to pickup date. Orders cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded in full as store credit. If refund in cash or credit card there will be a 35% transaction free from the total amount deposited. 

All sales are final since we are unable to resell our food items. Please make sure to double check your items before checkout as we are unable to process any refunds.
